SYSTEM CONCEPT

  • Rainwater is collected and purified to drinking water quality, excess rainwater is infiltrated locally

  • Greywater is collected separately and naturally purified using a helophyte filter

  • Water efficient household appliances, vacuum toilets and food waste digesters are implemented in the houses

Reduction of potable water use, urban water circularity, retaining rainwater to mitigate dry periods, local wastewater purification

Integrated circular neighbourhood strategy combining water management with circular material use, and energy efficiency
